HOMEWORK-TIME WREATHS

Ingredients:
  • 45 g Mini vanilla wreaths

Filling:

  • 10 g Strawberry jam

Frosting:

  • 10 g Top Cream® Vanilla Chantilly®
  • 20 g Ganashe® White Chocolate Chantilly®

Decoration:

  • 8 g Top Cream® Vanilla Chantillty®
  • 5 g Raspberries

98 g Total 

 

  • Yellow food coloring
  • Blue food coloring
  • Pink food coloring

 

Directions:

 

  1. Take one of the mini vanilla wreaths.
  2. Fill the center with strawberry jam.
  3. Cover the surface and part of the side of the wreath with Top Cream® Vanilla Chantilly®.
  4. Thicken the Ganashe® White Chocolate Chantilly® by mixing it in equal parts with vanilla cream and pour it over the surface of the wreath, letting it drip down the sides.
  5. Place a rosette with Top Cream® Vanilla Chantilly® on the surface.
  6. Dye Top Cream® Vanilla Chantilly® in different colors for decoration (yellow, blue, pink).
  7. Decorate with random letters and numbers in different colors.
  8. Finish by placing a raspberry on the rosette of the mini wreath.

 

*If you don’t have a wreath mold, bake pound cake batter in a muffin tin covered with a tray and proceed with the decoration.
