On September 9, 1971, he opened the doors of Chantilly®’s flagship facilities in Mexico City. The facilities consisted of offices, a warehouse, and a small production plant. The first Chantilly® products were unveiled on September 9th, marking the beginning of an endless effort that, over the years, has allowed numerous Mexican families and customers from all sectors to enjoy pastry and bakery products made with excellent-tasting, high-quality raw materials.
