CHOCOLATE WREATH CAKE

Ingredients:

(1 piece, 10 servings)

  • 160 g Top Cream® Chocolate Chantilly® (whipped)
  • 500 g Chocolate wreath cake
  • 4 g Strawberry jam
Directions:
  1. Using a bag or pastry bag fitted with a star-shaped tip (No. 5), create cream rosettes on the surface of the wreath by pulling towards the center with a spoon.
  2.  Place jam in the grooves formed by the spoon.

 

Tip: You can split the wreath and fill it with Top Cream® Chocolate Chantilly®.
