STRAWBERRY-CHOCOLATE TRIFLE
Ingredients:
(1 serving)
- 160 g Top Cream® Chocolate Chantilly® (whipped)
- 350 g Vanilla wafer cookies
- 4 g Strawberry jam
- 15 g Strawberries
- 35 g Rolled wafers
Directions:
- Place the jam at the bottom of the glass.
- Crush cookies and create a layer of crushed wafer cookies
- Using a pastry bag, add a layer of Top Cream® Chocolate Chantilly® and chopped strawberries.
- Repeat the process.
- Decorate with jam, a rosette of Top Cream® Chocolate Chantilly®, and a rolled wafer.
