Handling and Storage Recommendations
  • Dilute 1 liter of Top Cream® Base Chantilly® with 1⁄2 liter of diluent.
  • When mixed with fluid ingredients like water, juice, and nectar, it will develop a light, smooth texture.
  • When mixed with heavier ingredients like cream, yogurt, cajeta (milk caramel sauce) or ganashe, it will develop a creamier and denser consistency.
  • Store in the freezer at a temperature between -15°C to -18°C.
  • To thaw, keep the product in the refrigerator for 24 hours between 2°C to 6°C.
  • Whip at medium speed until the desired consistency is reached.
  • Once opened, keep refrigerated.
