Instructions

  1. Identify 2 pieces of vanilla extra moist sponge cake.

  2. On the first layer, pipe a spiral of Chantilly Cream Top Cream and another spiral of peach jam.

  3. Place the second cake layer on top and press evenly.

  4. Cover the cake smoothly and evenly with Chantilly Cream Top Cream.

  5. Tint the sides of the cake with cream previously colored in the requested shades (green and red).

  6. Using a piping bag (cornet) and a star tip, pipe a border/rope in mixed colors (green, white, and red) as shown in the image.

  7. Add sprinkles or festive candy on top.

  8. Use traditional vanilla cookies, cut them in half, and place them on the rosettes on top of the cake.

  9. Arrange the cookies like a butterfly shape and add tinted cream to simulate “tacos.”

  10. To finish, add sprinkles/candy around the bottom side, place on a serving plate, and display in the showcase.
