CHOCOLATE CAKE
Ingredients:
(1 piece, 12 servings)
- 150 g Top Cream® Chocolate Chantilly® (whipped)
- 500 g Chocolate sponge cake
- 500 g 3 Leches syrup
- 80 g Strawberry jam
- 40 g Strawberries
- 16 g Chocolate sprinkles
- 40 g Cherries
Directions:
- Slice the cake in half, creating two layers.
- Moisten with the 3 Leches syrup.
- Fill with jam and Top Cream® Chocolate Chantilly®.
- Place the next layer of cake on top, moistening it with the remaining 3 Leches syrup.
- Cover the surface of the cake with the help of a spatula or spoon.
- Add sprinkles and decorate with fresh strawberries and cherries.
Tip: You can substitute the jam for the filling of your choice.
