CHOCOLATE CAKE

Ingredients:

(1 piece, 12 servings)

  • 150 g Top Cream® Chocolate Chantilly® (whipped)
  • 500 g Chocolate sponge cake
  • 500 g 3 Leches syrup
  • 80 g Strawberry jam
  • 40 g Strawberries
  • 16 g Chocolate sprinkles
  • 40 g Cherries

 

Directions:

  1. Slice the cake in half, creating two layers.
  2. Moisten with the 3 Leches syrup.
  3. Fill with jam and Top Cream® Chocolate Chantilly®.
  4. Place the next layer of cake on top, moistening it with the remaining 3 Leches syrup.
  5. Cover the surface of the cake with the help of a spatula or spoon.
  6. Add sprinkles and decorate with fresh strawberries and cherries.

 

Tip: You can substitute the jam for the filling of your choice.
