FROSTY SNOW MAN CAKE

Instructions

  1. Cover the entire surface of the cake with Chantilly cream Top Cream.

  2. Tint the Top Cream red and, using piping tip 22 (Ateco), pipe rosettes as shown in the photo.

  3. Using Chantilly cream Top Cream and piping tip 22 (Ateco), pipe rosettes as shown in the photo.

  4. Tint the Top Cream orange and pipe the snowman’s nose using piping tip 803 (Ateco).

  5. Using untempered Dark Chantilly Ganache, draw the snowman’s eyes and mouth with piping tip 2 (Ateco).

  6. Finally, tint the Top Cream red and pipe the bottom border using piping tip 22 (Ateco).
