STRAWBERRY-CHOCOLATE TRIFLE

Ingredients:

(1 serving)

  • 160 g Top Cream® Chocolate Chantilly® (whipped)
  • 350 g Vanilla wafer cookies
  • 4 g Strawberry jam
  • 15 g Strawberries
  • 35 g Rolled wafers

 

Directions:

  1. Place the jam at the bottom of the glass.
  2. Crush cookies and create a layer of crushed wafer cookies
  3. Using a pastry bag, add a layer of Top Cream® Chocolate Chantilly® and chopped strawberries.
  4. Repeat the process.
  5. Decorate with jam, a rosette of Top Cream® Chocolate Chantilly®, and a rolled wafer.

 

Tip: Use cinnamon-flavored cookies and pair them with peaches or walnuts for a delightful combination.
